Diablo, also known as Noir is one of the seven Demon Primordials in the anime series, That Time I Got reincarnated as a Slime. He serves the Jura Tempest Federation as an Executive as well as the second Secretary of Rimuru Tempest. He was given the name Diablo by Rimuru and always carries out Rimuru?s orders to the best of his abilities.
